Yolanda Mabuto is a distinguished renewable energy executive, entrepreneur and multiple award-winning clean energy businesswoman, globally recognised for her passion and influence in advancing
transformation, economic development, leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation and social progress across Africa’s energy sector. She currently serves as Secretary General of BRICS Energy, Green Economy and Climate, Director of Lean In Southern Africa Leaders, Global Judge for the Milken-Motsepe GreenTech Prize and a Board Member of ESI Africa’s Elite Board for Projects and Innovation. She has also served as Chairperson of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers’ Entrepreneurship & Innovation Division and holds board and committee roles with the World Business Angel Investment Forum, the Global Wealth Forum and the Association of Municipal Electricity Utilities’ Affiliates, where she also advises the Women in Electricity initiative.
