Indileni Nambala

Indileni is an Investment Manager at FS Impact Finance, an impact-focused fund manager based in Frankfurt. FS Impact Finance manages the Seed Capital Assistance Facility (SCAF).  Since 2008, SCAF has been co-financing the development of utility-scale, grid-connected renewable energy projects in Africa and Asia, including some of the most challenging markets. SCAF has committed nearly USD 50 million to co-finance the development of 140+ utility-scale, grid-connected renewable energy projects in 36 countries in Africa and Asia. Indileni is responsible for the origination, due diligence and contractual agreements for grantees for two donor-funded facilities. He holds a Master in Business Administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. He also holds a degree in Cost and Management Accounting as well as a degree in Taxation from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. He previously worked at Deloitte and focused on transaction advisory, tax consulting and due diligence across various industries. He is also leading the fundraising and design activities at FS Impact Finance for a new blended finance debt vehicle targeting early-stage clean energy in Africa and Asia.
